How do I see a property?
Call our office at 205.968.3803 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm extension 2. They will answer questions about the property for you. Once you have driven by the property and still have an interest, then you can call back to either schedule a showing or check out a key for further examination.
What is key checkout?
Some properties will allow you to pick up a key at our office and view the property on your own schedule. When you check out a key, you will have to leave a copy of you driver’s license and also a $50.00 check for a deposit. The deposit is returned as soon as you return the key to our office. All keys must be returned to our office the same day before 4:30 pm. No keys can stay out overnight or your deposit is forfeited.
Where is your office located?
Rental Managers, Inc. is located very close to the Summit in Vestavia at 3125 Green Valley Road. From downtown Birmingham, take 280 East toward the Summit and Sylacauga, pass the Water Works on your right and take the next left at the light which is Green Valley Road. Follow Green Valley Road 1.3 miles and we are on the right. Rental Managers, Inc is located in a two-story red brick building on the first floor.
How can I pay rent?
All rents over $599.00/month will be pulled from your checking account via ACH transfer into our account. Rents less than $600.00/month can be mailed or dropped off at our office and can be check or certified checks or money orders. There is a drop slot on the front of our building for convenience anytime. Cash is not accepted.
What is the deposit?
On most properties, one full month of rent is due as a security deposit. This may vary depending upon rental history, credit, and/or property.
When is my rent due?
All rents are due in our office before end of business the 5th day of each month. Late fees are $50.00/month after the 5th.
Can I have pets?
All properties are different and some do allow pets. You will have to speak to the leasing agent for full details. Any properties allowing pets will charge a non-refundable pet fee of $350.00 for 1 pet and $500.00 for multiple pets.
What about utilities?
On most properties, all utilities must be placed in your name.
What about repairs?
While a tenant, if you have any problems that arise, simply call our office at 205.968.3803 or you can email us at jimmy.patty@rentalmanagers.com
and report the problem. We have maintenance men on call 24/7 to address your problems.
What about updates?
You cannot change anything (paint, walls, etc.) in or on a property without written permission from Rental Managers.

Full details are contained in the lease you will sign with Rental Managers, Inc. It is your responsibility to read and understand all covenants contained therein.
